Proximity to Gare Perrache, access to public transport, nearby shopping and restaurants
It felt absurd to have to request kitchen supplies from the reception!!! The air conditioning lacked effectiveness during the heat, and the room size was quite compact for a full apartment experience.

Fairly clean hotel, new-fashioned rooms, comfortable location near Perrache rail station. The rooms with a fridge, a bath tub and 2 twin beds, responsive staff at all times. Very good facilities. Location next to a shopping centre, Carrefour supermarket and convenience stores.

The space in the room and bathroom
Wifi was over as well as pos payment so we had to pay cash and could not work while staying at the hotel. We would have definitely appreciated a rebate on the price due to the inconvenience.

Quiet, comfortable, helpful staff
Bathroom was not clean. This was solved quickly when we pointed it out and they were genuinely sorry about it

The room, a Twin Studio, featured super cozy beds and all essential amenities, including a kettle and microwave. A friendly staff made checking in easy and provided helpful local insights. The location scored high, only a short walk to the Gare de Perrache. I faced a small inconvenience with the kitchen supplies being locked in a cupboard, requiring a request at the front desk for access. The air conditioning could improve. It felt inadequate during warm nights. Breakfast was also lacking, with slow replenishment leading to limited choices. I enjoyed nearby dining options and the safe neighborhood ambiance.

The room was new and modern. Equiped kitchen and appliances and tea maker and free internet.
The cleaning service was very bad, I almost had to ask the hotel staff everyday about the shampoo and towels, which they should provide it as standard service. The breakfast was poor to the price.

The hotel is brand new, and our room was in a perfect condition. The room was very spacious; in addition to the generous surface area, the room height was around 3.5-4 meters giving the room a very nice feel. The water pressure and shover were also excellent.
A tram-line goes right next to the hotel and the noise to 2nd floor was quite noticeable (not terrible, but took a couple of nights to get used to it). Slow internet connection.

The room was great, but the kitchen was way too small.

Studio room was well appointed and well lit, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly. Price was on the high side, but this was probably due to late booking and lack of available rooms in Lyon.
The free WiFi connection was extremely slow which i found quite annoying.

Great hotel for families
The room was surprisingly spacious with a little kitchenette which we found useful and it had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Also there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices and a large TV for some late night shows.
It wasn't the cheapest option out there but still felt reasonable for what we got.
